Booking terms

These terms apply to every Wzzz quotation and confirmed booking.

Quotations

  • · Quotations are valid for 14 days from the issue date shown on the document.
  • · All prices are per person in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
  • · Availability is confirmed only when we issue a written booking confirmation.

Payment

  • · A 25% deposit confirms your booking and is deducted from the total.
  • · The balance is due 30 days before the first day of travel.
  • · Bookings made within 30 days of travel require payment in full.

Cancellations and changes

  • · Cancellations more than 30 days before travel are refunded in full less the deposit.
  • · Cancellations 15–30 days before travel are refunded 50% of the total.
  • · Cancellations within 14 days of travel are non-refundable.
  • · Date changes requested more than 21 days before travel are made free of charge, subject to availability.

Your responsibilities

  • · Travellers are responsible for valid passports, visas and any required health documentation.
  • · Please tell us about dietary requirements, mobility needs and allergies at the enquiry stage.
  • · Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is not included in any tier.

Liability

  • · Wzzz Ltd acts as agent for the hotels, guides, restaurants and venues named in your itinerary.
  • · Experiences may be adjusted for weather, closures or safety, with an equivalent alternative offered.
  • · Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
