Privacy policy

We ask for the minimum we need to plan your trip, and nothing more.

What we collect

· Contact details you submit in an enquiry: name, email, phone number.
· Trip details: chosen experience, dates, party size, budget and special requests.
· Basic technical data such as browser type, used only to keep the site working.

Why we use it

· To prepare and send your quotation and itinerary.
· To arrange the hotels, guides and venues named in your booking.
· To contact you about your trip before, during and shortly after travel.

Who sees it

· The Wzzz travel design team.
· The specific suppliers required to deliver your booked experience.
· We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

· Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after 24 months.
· Booking records are retained for 7 years to meet accounting obligations.

Your rights

· You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
· Write to hello@wzzz.travel and we will respond within 30 days.
